We accept returns on unused, unworn, and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.

 

To be eligible for a return:

 

• Item must be in original condition
• Item must not show signs of wear, washing, or use
• Tags (if applicable) must still be attached

 

 

 

 

 

❌ Non-Returnable Items

 

 

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

 

• Used or worn items
• Washed apparel
• Drinkware that has been used
• Sale or clearance items
• Event or pop-up purchases

 

 

 

 

 

🔄 Exchanges

 

 

We offer size or item exchanges for apparel within 14 days, subject to availability.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

 

 

 

💳 Refunds

 

 

Once your return is received and inspected:

 

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

 

 

 

 

 

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

 

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue

 

 

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
