Shrimp Toast is a dish I have grown to love more and more. I first learned about shrimp toast when i was stationed abroad in Korea. Then again while i was attending culinary school in Baton Rouge Louisiana. I enjoyed creating my own version of the Asian inspired Shrimp Toast and infused my Cajun inspirations building my version of Shrimp Toast.
